Anotace: | This work contains an analysis of the existence of the local pressure minimum on the tooth wheel surface. The effect of the pressure minima on the damage of the wheel surface was investigated numerically and the study of solution parameters on the numerical results was presented. The impact of the viscosity, the torque moment and the size of gear speed was on the origin of local minima of pressure was considered. Moreover, the influence of different tooth geometry upon formation of the local minima of pressure is taken into account in order to show the possible solution of the unwanted tooth surface damage. |
