Anotace: |
This thesis evaluates the structure arrangement of the furnaces of fireplace stoves from the point of view of their utility and performance parameters. Attention is also paid to the description of the burning process and formation of harmful substances. In the experimental part, performance tests of a selected fireplace were performed to determine properties of its structure arrangement. The theoretical part is focused on the basis analysis of biofuels, with emphasis on wood mass and the description of the burning process of solid fuels. Besides, it describes the formation of harmful substances of burning. The end of the theoretical part is dedicated to the basic analysis of the types of fireplace stoves, their arrangement and function. The experimental part is focused on performing heating tests on a fireplace stove furnace to verify its structure arrangement including the new construction of the combustion air supply. The furnace is also evaluated according to the methodology of fireplace stove design. All results are subject to discussion with appropriate graphic outputs and charts. During the performed verification tests, it was proved that the structure arrangement of the furnace shows very good results, and therefore an application was filed to get a utility pattern with the Industrial Property Office. |
